Becca’s Cakes & Bakes began when my little sister was diagnosed as coeliac. Watching her navigate labels, cross-contamination, and the constant worry of what she could safely eat made me realise how limited “safe” food options really are. I wanted to change that.
I started experimenting in my kitchen—testing flours, refining textures, and making sure every bake was both safe and delicious. Friends and family loved the results, and it quickly became clear that these bakes were something special.
After joining TikTok, I quickly realised it wasn’t only gluten-free people who struggle to find safe, delicious food. So many people told me they were dairy-free and faced the same problem. This inspired me to make Becca’s cakes and bakes Belfast's very first solely gluten and dairy-free bakery.
Today, based in Northern Ireland, we create cakes, cupcakes, traybakes, cookies, and as many customer requests as possible. All made with care, attention, and the knowledge that food should be something everyone can enjoy safely.
We believe that giving up gluten and dairy shouldn't mean giving up joy. Every recipe is crafted so the first thing you notice is how good it tastes — not what's missing.
Every item is crafted in small batches right here in Northern Ireland. We take the time to do things properly, because care and quality come first.
Food should bring people together, not leave anyone out. We want everyone — whether they have intolerances or not — to be able to reach for the same slice without a second thought.

Becca is a home baker turned small business owner with a genuine passion for inclusion. Based in Northern Ireland, she brings warmth, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to every bake that leaves her kitchen.
When she’s not experimenting with new recipes, she’s sharing her process on TikTok, connecting with a growing community of people who know the joy of finding a cake they can actually eat.
Her philosophy is simple: every bake, free-from or not, should be delicious and made to share.
